Wenger Can't Wait for Next Season...
Le Boss has revealed his desire to get back to the every day grind of the Premiership's every day grind, revealing that the squad has been drunk for most of the year: "I cannot wait now already to start the season because I want to come back to be strong to continue the progression of the team. I believe that what happened to us has created a unity inside the squad that will come out next season. This team has gone through thick and thin this year because we have been hammered for months, and we finish in a European Cup final. That has created a special bond that we want to build on from the first game..."

French Win...
Thierry Henry was on target for France once again as they ran out 2-0 winners against Denmark on Wednesday night. Old boy Sylvain Wiltord hit a second goal, late on in the game following Thierry's 12th minute goal...

Freddie Nearly Ready...
Freddie Ljungberg has now returned to training, easing fears about his foot injury. Freddie said: "My foot feels great, unfortunately I've been in the gym, which I hate..." Ljungberg should now play in Sweden's World Cup warm-up, friendly match against Chile this Friday. Sweden Coach Lars Lagerback said: "If all goes to plan, he will play. The rest has been perfect for him..."

Swiss Banks Award...
Philippe Senderos has been named Switzerland's Player of the Year at the ninth annual Swiss football awards. Senderos contributed to the UEFA Champions League record for clean sheets, and was an integral part of our defence this season. He played in Switzerland's 1-1 draw with Kolo Toure's Ivory Coast at the weekend...

Cygan Accepts his Bench Warming Fate...
Zinedine Cygan has committed his future to Arsenal despite many people beleiving the Frenchman would be leaving us this close season. Cygan has been plagued with injury problems this season, and said: "I am fine, but I can't tackle or accelerate (er, fine how?). I feel stiffness. (leave it Sol) The doctors don't know what I am suffering from. My back thigh strain is cured, but I still feel discomfort. I should have come back against Real, and then Juventus, but I was never fit in time. I am here for four years. I thought about leaving during my first two years (not as much as we did PC). Arsène made me come to be a substitute. I have finally accepted that state because there are only international players here. I feel like a Londoner. At the beginning it was a little difficult for my wife. It was easier for me because in the changing room we speak French..." Tony Adams would turn in his grave, if he was dead. Which he isn't - although that would explain why he was missing from the Legends parade against Wigan...?

Walcott Hungary for More...
Theo Walcott became the youngest ever England International this week, coming on as a substitute against Hungary in a World Cup warm-up match at Old Trafford. 17 year old Walcott broke the record despite not playing for our first team yet, and is expected to feature in the World Cup which begins next week (you might have heard)...

Sol for Milan...?
...and finally, Inter Milan are said to be interested in a move for defender Sol Campbell. It's rumoured that Campbell has been told he can leave Arsenal after some crazy antics this season, including going mental and being gay and quite fat. The Italians are said to be interested in signing the former Tottenham man who we got on a free transfer from our generous neighbours. Other unfounded, unlikely rumours this week include a move by man united to bring Patrick Vieira back to England should his club Juventus get relegated, plus Chelsea to sign Ronaldinho for £210m (oh yeah!) and er... like loads of others...
