The Huntlaar Becomes the Hunted...
As silly summer transfer season descends on us like a larey Golden Eagle, Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar will apparently become one of Sir Wenger's summer signings. The sunday Mirror reckons that 24 year old Huntlaar would be on Sir Wenger's radar to replace the injured Eduardo. Someone wake us up in August...

Lots in Reserve...
The snappily titled ArsenalAnalysisBlogspot.com have a nice reserves report, and they reckon we're looking good for the future... click here...

Happy Slapper Hleb Banned...?
Alexander Hleb could receive a ban if he is charged following his punch at the through of Graeme Murty during our 2-0 win over Reading at The Emirates on Saturday. Late on in the game, the players had a tussle and Hleb clotheslined the Reading Captain, and could now miss our remaining three matches as we stride towards the Premiership title.
In a special law, the FA can call for video evidence 'when an Arsenal player's naughty antics have been missed/seen by the referee/or the TV' and hefty bans are usually dished out.

Other recent video bans for Arsenal players:
Cesc Fabregas was banned for 11 matches after he was seen mouthing the word 'NO' under his breath to himself...
William Gallas once raised his eyebrows in a sarcastic manner and was banned for 9 games and fined 12 weeks wages..
Emmanuel Adebayor was banned for 7 games as video evidence saw him actually shouting the word 'YES' after he'd scored an important goal.

It's not just Arsenal players that fall foul of the FA's harsh jurisdiction, you may remember a few years ago man united's French star Eric Cantona was banned for 30 minutes and fined around £10 after kung-fu kicking a fan in the the face after some friendly abuse/banter dished out by a veteran, wheelchair bound war-hero during Kenny Lynche's fun filled testimonial...

First Ade...
Emmanuel Adebayor is said to be on the hit list of AC MIlan and Juventus, a source has said: “Milan have looked at him and so have Juventus, he is a young player to sign and with respect to other attackers like Drogba, he has age on his side from the perspective of a longer career. He is a striker who has had a great season and is the right investment for the future...”

Come On, Come On, Let's Stick Together...
Captain William Gallas wants the current crop of Arsenal players to stick around and forge ahead. This seasons League title will be the perfect springboard to crack on and win more silverware according to the Frenchman. Arsenal need just 3 wins out of 3, and hope that man united draw with Chelsea, and lose both their remaining games, while Chelsea can lose one and even win one of their remaining two matches to see Sir Wenger's men win the league again.

Gallas said: "For next season we want all the players to stay here, it would be good if we can keep this group together because we know each other very well and we know what we can do.We came very close to winning something this year, but you get nothing for being close. We want to get second place and to finish the season strongly, by winning every game. In the last few months we've not defended well as a team. It's not about individuals,.."
