Title Charge - Phase I Complete...
So, Phase One is complete. After a victory for Chelsea v man united at Stamford Bridge, the home of football history and legend (est. 1996), the door is slightly more ajar than it was on Friday. Phase two is a big win against Derby away tonight to improve our goal difference, then we are sat just four points behind the two pretenders to our 2007/08 Premiership crown. Next games up, away to Newcastle for Chelsea, and at home to West Ham for man united, while we entertain Everton who have once just wonce in their last seven. I'm guessing we have a few more beleivers now, eh?! Well... think with me and my mate, that makes AT LEAST two... you'll see.
Sir Wenger unfortunately isn't one of the beleivers as he's playing Fabianski, and a possible experimental team tonight, unless Arsene really does know, and he is trying to deflect attention from our title bid... Shhhhhhh.... it's just a good job no one reads ArsenalShorts any more...

Akers On Target for Derby...
According to close sources within the club, Vic Akers should be back for Derby following a spate of injuries which threatened to see our talismanic bench mascot out of action for up to a week. Along with some spilled fabric softener, his washing machine suffered a malfunction where by the water wasn't draining away properly and Gary Lewin and his team of crack plumbers were working round the clock to ensure things were ready for this weekends' sock tie marathon. Luckily, Lewin came up smelling of trumps and managed to fix it, one of Jimmy Carters' manky sock ties, the culprit. All fixed, and Akers will join up with the rest of his bench cronies ahead of tonights match. Pat Rice is said to have been 'unaffected' by Akers' Hotpoint antics...
