Jimmy Bullard came through 90 minutes for Fulham Reserves this week as the Cottagers beat us 2-0 at Underhill. Bullard hasn't played for 17 years following a knee injury, but played the whole of a rare defeat for Arsenal Reserves... Particularly enjoyed the caption and picture from this story...

A Fight for the Finish...
According to The Daily Mail, Barcelona are all set to sign Bolton's Finnish goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen, meaning we apparently miss out. They reckon Sir Wenger is seeing JJ as a perfect replacement for Mad Jens if/when he shoots off to play for Borrusia Dortmund.

Jaaskelainen is out of contract and will be a free agent this summer though Bolton would obviously want to cash in before that, hence the rumours... stating the obvious and all that...

I'm Too Cescy...
Cesc Fabregas is happy with his current form, and is looking forward to bringing home some silverware this season.

In The Daily Express, he said: "I want to think I can improve, I want to think I can be better, of course, because I don't think there is such a thing as the perfect player. Not even Ronaldinho, Thierry Henry or Samuel Eto'o are perfect, they can always improve. That's the good thing about football, you can always get better. And hopefully, I will work hard to be a great player for Arsenal football club, but for me, the most important thing is to win trophies as a team. And let's see if at the end of the year we can get as many trophies as a team as we can..."
