Silverware on the Cards...
Sir Wenger has tipped his stars for glory this season, despite what feels like a potential dodgy spell. After our 1-1 draw with Birmingham last weekend saw us lose our place at the top of the Premiership, Sir Wenger says the lads are still hungry for success: 'There is a real hunger and we are all on the same wavelength. We have the same love for the game and that drives you on. You feel there is a potential in the side and that you want to win, but they want to win as well. We have taken a step forward because at this period of last season they were 16 or 17 points behind the leader. This season, after 21 games, we were two in front. Liverpool have invested, Manchester United have invested, Chelsea have invested, as always, and we still have made up the ground. That makes me believe we can win trophies this season..."

Pato Stirs Interest...
Tribal Football have made up another link to another player, this time Independiente striker Patricio 'Pato' Rodriguez. They claim man united are favourites to sign him, but us, Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid are also hot on his heels... Yawn.

Injury Blow...
Following yesterdays news that RVP and Rosicky could be back against Fulham, Sir Wenger has announced that RVP won't be back for 'a few weeks' after all. In an interview on ArsenalTV, Sir Wenger said that: “Compared to last week we have Robin van Persie who is out for a few weeks..." RVP has scored 7 goals in 14 games this season, and has had 14 viruses and 11 injuries. AW also revealed that Johan Djourou will also be missing for another 2 weeks with a groin problem...

Conculsive proof that Paul McCartney is an Arsenal fan in the video arse-chive...

K-Nacered...
Young striker Nacer Barazite has been speaking out about his injury sustained during the Carling Cup game against Blackburn. Barazite dislocated his shoulder and was stretchered off, but revealed that he wanted to play on: “I felt so bad, I was in some pain and I could have cried, not tears for my shoulder but because I was going to go off. I was there, in the first-team and I was being forced off. I had been nervous at the start but I got a few good touches in and I was feeling comfortable. I was on for 20 minutes but it could have been more. I was disappointed to be missing out on game time with the first-team...”

Slow news day, have good weekends all, lets hope it sees us back to the top...
